MicroBuild Progress 3 (MBP) makes communication easier between a mounter and a building leader regarding the process of mounting doors and hardware on a building. MBP takes your privacy seriously, and we are committed to maintaining the privacy of the personal information that you provide to us. By using MBP you acknowledge that the terms and conditions in this Privacy Policy will apply to you, as well as to any information that you give us. 1. Information we collect and how we use it.

A. Information that you provide us directly

What information:  

• Information you give us when you register an account with MBP (this might include your first and last name, username, phone number, email address, password, date of birth/age, and other personal information)
  
• Information that you post when mounting a door or a hardware item
  
• Interactions that you have with other users or content of MBP

How do we use it?  

• To enable you to access MBP and to let other users in know who you are
  
• List your profile so that other users can find you
  
• To track your mounting so building leaders can utilize your data
• For any other purposes that we specifically communicate to you when we collect that information

B. Information that automatically collect:

What information:

We automatically collect information about your mobile device, tablet, and other devices when you use MBP. Among other things, we collect mobile device identifiers such as your device’s UDID, we access the following:  

• Location: Approximate location or precise location
  
• Phone: Read phone status and identity
  
• Photos/Media/Files: Read/modify/delete the contents of your USB storage
• Storage: Read/Modify/Delete the contents of your USB storage
• Camera: Take picture, video and used for QR scanning
• Microphone: record audio
• Device ID & call information: Read phone status and identity
• Other: View network connections, control flashlight, full network access, change your audio settings

What information:  

• We use this information to give you a better experience and personalize with our application only, and do not share, analyze or evaluate this information.

2. Sharing your information

  
• We are only using your information for the purpose described above, we will not share this information with “Third Parties”, other than the registered users within your current building/project.

3. Controlling your information

  
• You can edit, update, or delete your account at any time.
• • Your data posted by you to the building/project about mounting of doors or hardware will not be deleted, but you will no longer be able to access that data.

4. Security  

• Your account, registration information, and password are protected so that only you (or any third parties that you allow to access your login credentials) can access your account. All personally identifiable information that we collect about you is stored in limited-access servers. The Service has technical, administrative, and physical security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information which is under our control. While we are committed to implementing reasonable and appropriate safeguards to protect your information against foreseeable risks, no computer system or information can ever be fully protected against any possible risk, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized third parties will not be able to circumvent those safeguards, or access and/or use your personal information for improper purposes.
